About the role
Digitain is seeking an enthusiastic Problem Manager to lead continuous‑improvement initiatives and ensure high‑performance problem management across the organization. You will act as the central point for analyzing, diagnosing, and resolving recurring incidents, creating lasting solutions that benefit both customers and the business.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze incident trends to identify repeat or major incidents and prioritize problem‑solving efforts.
- Coordinate diagnostic activities across the organization, engaging subject‑matter experts as needed.
- Maintain the problem queue, update status, and communicate progress to stakeholders.
- Facilitate major‑incident teams, drive data collection, and lead the development of permanent fixes.
Required profile
- Graduate degree in IT or Business Administration.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the IT industry.
- Fluent in Armenian, Russian and English.
Required skills
- Advanced experience with JIRA Software and JIRA Service Desk.
- Strong knowledge of the ITIL framework and IT service‑management processes.
