QA Engineer – Manual & Automated Testing

About the role

Our Partnership & Loyalty department is looking for a detail‑oriented QA Engineer to join our Yerevan office. You will be responsible for both manual and automated testing of fintech products, ensuring high‑quality releases for our clients across Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

Key responsibilities

• Perform manual regression, smoke and exploratory testing.
• Monitor release and bug lifecycles and follow up on issues.
• Create and maintain test plans, test cases and test scenarios.
• Develop, maintain and run automated tests and daily test reports.
• Conduct load and performance testing for high‑load systems.
• Participate in code reviews, automation grooming sessions and Agile ceremonies.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of software testing types, methodologies and processes.
• Experience with JIRA, TestRail or Azure DevOps and version control (Git).
• Advanced automation experience with JavaScript/TypeScript (3+ years).
• Solid SQL skills and knowledge of databases.
• Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum or Kanban) and testing REST APIs.
