Retail Lending Products Development Specialist

About the role

Evoca is looking for a Retail Lending Products Development Specialist to create, develop and improve consumer banking products. The role focuses on ensuring product competitiveness, profitability and alignment with customer needs.

Key responsibilities

• Study market trends, competitor offerings and customer needs, and analyse collected data.
• Develop terms, pricing and financial models for new retail lending products, coordinate approvals and launch.
• Improve competitiveness of existing products and update internal procedures, regulations and customer‑facing documentation.
• Test software solutions before product launch and analyse pilot results to implement improvements.
• Support process automation and digitalisation projects, prepare explanatory notes and train bank staff.
• Present proposals for promotional campaigns, organise activities and report to management.

Required profile

• Higher education in finance, economics or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in banking or financial product development.
• Experience with the ArmSoft system.
• Knowledge of RA banking legislation and banking services.
• Strong organisational, analytical and communication skills, with a results‑oriented approach.
• Good command of English and Russian.
