About the role
The Sales Agent will work full‑time on‑site in Yerevan, representing All About Cargo’s logistics services. The role focuses on building relationships with new and existing clients, selling transportation solutions, and managing customer accounts to ensure satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and develop relationships with potential clients across the US, Canada and Mexico.
- Sell logistics and freight brokerage services and manage customer accounts.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing effective solutions and handling inquiries.
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet sales targets and stay updated on market trends.
Required profile
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in sales and insurance processes.
- Ability to deliver training and guidance to clients and teammates.
- Detail‑oriented with the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus.
- Self‑motivated, able to work independently and as part of a team.
