About the role
Armenia Wine is seeking a motivated Sales and Marketing Manager for its Tourism Department. The role focuses on promoting wine tourism, hospitality, and event services across Armenia.
Key responsibilities
- Sell tourism services, guided tours, wine tastings, and event packages.
- Develop relationships with B2B clients, travel agencies, and tour operators.
- Attract new partners and strengthen cooperation with existing clients.
- Coordinate inquiries, reservations, and the sales process from initial contact to confirmation.
- Prepare commercial proposals and conduct negotiations.
- Coordinate the sales and organization of corporate and private events.
- Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports.
Required profile
- Previous experience in sales and marketing.
- Proficiency in Armenian, Russian, and English.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Excellent organizational and coordination abilities.
- Responsible, proactive, and results‑oriented mindset.
