Sales & Business Development Manager

About the role

We are seeking a high‑performing Sales & Business Development Manager to lead market expansion, create high‑value partnerships, and drive revenue growth for our digital solutions portfolio. The role owns the full sales lifecycle—from prospecting and pipeline building to closing and post‑sale relationship management.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, qualify and build a robust pipeline of enterprise opportunities in the digital solutions space.
• Evaluate deal viability, construct financial models and lead contract negotiations to successful closure.
• Take full accountability for meeting revenue targets and nurturing long‑term client relationships.
• Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to position offerings effectively.

Required profile

• 1+ years of proven experience selling digital solutions, custom software, or consulting services (mobile‑app sales a plus).
• Consultative sales approach with strong negotiation, persuasion and relationship‑building abilities.
• Self‑driven, organized and comfortable working independently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Professional fluency in English and hands‑on experience with CRM and sales analytics tools.
