Sales & Onboarding Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Sales & Onboarding Manager to own the full journey from the first conversation to a working account. You will run demos, close new customers internationally, and personally set up each client on IntellAgents, ensuring channels are connected, knowledge bases are built, and agents are live.

Key responsibilities

• Run product demos and sales conversations with prospects across international markets via call and video.
• Own the deal from first contact to signed customer.
• Onboard every new customer onto IntellAgents: connect channels (WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, Telegram, phone/SIP, website widget), build knowledge bases, and configure escalation and handoff rules.
• Manage the customer's first weeks to ensure the agent is answering correctly.
• Act as the link between sales, the customer, and the product team, flagging needed fixes or new features.
• Maintain a clean, accurate pipeline and onboarding tracker.
• Build and refine the sales and onboarding playbook for new markets.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales and/or customer onboarding for a SaaS or AI product.
• Understanding of AI agents / voice AI sufficient to run credible demos and handle technical objections.
• Strong communicator, confident conducting calls and demos with international prospects.
• Excellent spoken and written English and fluent Armenian.
• Organized and detail‑driven, ensuring no deal or onboarding step is missed.
