Sales Specialist – Real Estate

About the role

OVEM is seeking a motivated Sales Specialist to join its real‑estate team in Yerevan. The role is full‑time, on‑site and focuses on driving property sales, building client relationships and contributing to the company’s growth objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed property sales targets.
• Identify, prospect and acquire new clients and property buyers.
• Manage the full real‑estate sales cycle from inquiry to negotiation and closing.
• Conduct property presentations, client meetings, viewings and negotiations.
• Prepare customized property offers and sales proposals.
• Advise clients on available properties, pricing, market conditions and investment opportunities.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and property developments.
• Collaborate with marketing and property‑management teams to maximise sales opportunities.
• Maintain accurate client records, sales forecasts and CRM reports.
• Follow up with leads and existing clients to maximise conversion and repeat business.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate or a related field.
• Minimum 1 + year proven experience in real‑estate sales, property sales or business development.
• Demonstrated ability to close property sales and achieve targets.
• Strong negotiation, communication and presentation abilities.
• Experience building and maintaining long‑term client relationships.
• Knowledge of the local real‑estate market and sales process.
• Valid driving licence is an advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
