Sales Specialist - Real Estate

About the role

Art Residence LLC, a real estate development company in Armenia founded in 2020, is looking for a Sales Specialist for its growing team. This is a full-time, on-site position in Yerevan, focused on residential projects.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome prospective clients and present available apartments
• Provide detailed information on properties, prices, payment options and mortgage programs
• Handle phone calls and correspondence
• Arrange and conduct apartment viewings
• Negotiate with clients and guide them through the entire sales process
• Maintain client relationships from the first inquiry until the deal closes

Required profile

• Higher education
• Previous sales experience is required
• Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Clear, articulate and professional speech
• Excellent command of Armenian, English and Russian
• Organizational skills and a client-oriented approach
• Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Word and Excel

What we offer

• Salary of AMD 200,000 and above, depending on experience and skills
• Working hours Monday to Friday 09:30-18:30 and Saturday 10:00-14:00
