Security Access Management Team Lead

About the role

Artest is seeking an experienced Security Access Management Team Lead to head its Access Administration team within the Information Security department. The role blends hands‑on access management expertise with leadership of daily operations, ensuring secure, least‑privilege access across all internal and SaaS systems.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Access Administration team, overseeing task distribution, prioritisation and performance monitoring.
• Maintain the full user access lifecycle: creation, modification, review and removal of accounts and permissions.
• Implement and continuously improve RBAC, least‑privilege and access‑governance policies.
• Conduct regular access reviews, audits and monitor user activity across internal and third‑party platforms.
• Analyse and respond to access‑related incidents, escalations and security risks.
• Document processes, incidents and improvements; prepare audit and performance reports.
• Assess third‑party SaaS services from an access‑management perspective.
• Support ongoing improvement of IAM/PAM tools and procedures.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in Information Security.
• At least 1 year of experience leading a team.
• Strong understanding of IAM, PAM, RBAC, least‑privilege and access‑governance principles.
• Hands‑on experience with user lifecycle management and access reviews.
• Experience with SaaS platforms and third‑party service assessments.
• Good knowledge of InfoSec policies, incident handling and audit requirements.
• Proven ability to track SLA/KPI metrics and manage operational teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
