Senior Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a proactive and results‑driven Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to lead and execute our digital marketing initiatives. You will develop strategies, manage channels, and drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Manage digital channels including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Telegram.
• Plan, execute, monitor, and optimize campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other platforms.
• Analyze performance, prepare reports, and recommend optimizations.
• Collaborate with Content, Graphic Design, and Video Production teams for consistent brand communication.
• Create weekly and monthly content calendars and execute seasonal campaigns.
• Drive mobile app downloads, user acquisition, and engagement.
• Monitor KPIs such as Conversion Rate, ROAS, CPA, CPC, CTR.
• Analyze customer behavior using GA4, Meta Business Suite, and conduct market research.
• Participate in implementing new digital tools and AI‑powered solutions.
• Manage the digital marketing budget efficiently.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and data‑driven mindset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in Armenian and English.
• Proactive, creative, detail‑oriented, able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Meta Ads.
• Hands‑on experience with Google Ads.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics 4.
• Proficiency in Meta Business Suite.
