Senior Financial Specialist

About the role

VBET is seeking a Senior Financial Specialist to lead its annual budgeting, forecasting and management reporting processes in Yerevan. You will work closely with senior leadership and operational teams, turning complex data into actionable insights that drive strategic growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the full annual budgeting cycle, coordinating with Marketing, Product, Tech and Operations.
• Develop and maintain rolling financial forecasts for P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow.
• Model financial impact of new market entries, product launches and capital projects.
• Oversee preparation and delivery of weekly, monthly and quarterly management reports.
• Define, track and analyze iGaming‑specific KPIs such as GGR, NGR, CAC, LTV and EBITDA.
• Prepare high‑quality presentations for the Board, senior management and investors.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related quantitative field.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive FP&A or Management Reporting experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication in both Armenian and English.
• Proven ability to lead, mentor and develop a high‑performing analyst team.

Required skills

• Expert‑level Microsoft Excel for complex, dynamic financial models.
• Experience with Business Intelligence tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker) to build dashboards.
• Hands‑on knowledge of ERP/EPM systems (SAP BPC, Oracle, Anaplan).
• Solid understanding of IFRS or GAAP reporting standards.
• Familiarity with large datasets, SQL and data‑warehousing concepts.
