Senior Generalist Artist (3D/2D Unity)

About the role

ZeptoLab is seeking a Senior Generalist Artist to contribute across both established titles and new game concepts. The role blends 3D and 2D creation, implementation in Unity, and visual direction for mobile games.

Key responsibilities

• Create, iterate, and implement 2D, 3D, UI assets, animations and VFX directly in Unity.
• Help define and maintain visual style for new game concepts.
• Collaborate closely with designers and developers from early prototypes through full production.
• Translate gameplay ideas and design requirements into clear visual solutions.
• Rapidly iterate based on gameplay feedback, performance constraints and player needs.
• Contribute original visual ideas and proactively suggest improvements.
• Estimate, prioritize and plan work to support fast‑paced prototyping and production.

Required profile

• Strong experience in both 3D and 2D game art.
• Hands‑on experience implementing assets in Unity.
• Good understanding of mobile optimization and performance considerations.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership and make decisions with high autonomy.
• Fast‑iteration mindset and willingness to explore AI tools in the creative workflow.
