Senior Graphic Designer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and highly creative Senior Graphic Designer to join our Product Team. You will shape visual concepts and digital assets that drive product features, in‑platform promotions, campaigns, and user engagement across web and mobile.

Key responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts and visual directions for product features, campaigns, and seasonal promotions.
• Design high‑quality static and animated banners for web and mobile.
• Create promotional graphics, illustrations, icons, backgrounds, and other product‑related assets.
• Produce motion‑based promotional assets without relying on traditional video production.
• Generate, refine, and adapt AI‑assisted visuals while maintaining brand and production standards.
• Use AI‑powered tools to accelerate ideation, visual exploration, image generation, and design iteration.
• Collaborate with Product Designers, Product Managers, Developers, and QA throughout the development process.
• Prepare production‑ready assets optimized for various screen sizes, devices, formats, and technical requirements.
• Maintain visual consistency by following and contributing to brand guidelines and design systems.
• Provide creative direction, feedback, and guidance, and proactively improve visual quality and workflows.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional graphic design experience.
• Strong portfolio showcasing static and animated promotional assets.
• Expert‑level proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
• Working knowledge of Adobe After Effects or comparable motion‑graphics tools.
• Hands‑on experience with AI‑powered creative tools (e.g., Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, ChatGPT, Stable Diffusion, Flux).
• Ability to integrate AI tools into a structured creative workflow.
• Deep understanding of typography, color theory, composition, layout, visual hierarchy, branding, and visual storytelling.
