Senior Manager, Armenia Operations

About the role

The Senior Manager, Armenia Operations leads the operational strategy and team behind ServiceTitan's Armenia site, setting direction and overseeing execution.

Key responsibilities

• Define the vision and roadmap for site operations to scale with a high‑growth workforce.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of operations professionals, setting priorities and holding a high bar for execution.
• Own vendor relationships and operational spend strategy to ensure the right partners and resources.
• Partner with the VP & Regional Managing Director and cross‑functional leaders (HR, Communications, Finance, Business Strategy) to align site operations with broader priorities.
• Identify and champion AI and automation opportunities to drive efficiency and scalability.
• Continuously assess and redesign the operations function as the site grows.

Required profile

• 6+ years of experience in operations, facilities, or workplace leadership, with 3+ years managing teams.
• Proven track record leading operations for a large, complex site or organization.
• Strong people leadership and ability to develop leaders.
• Strategic thinking paired with sound operational judgment.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience or familiarity with AI and automation tools.
