About the role

VBET is seeking a Senior Payment Risks Manager to oversee payment‑related risk monitoring and mitigation across its global betting platform. The role involves analysing transaction data, ensuring regulatory compliance, and collaborating with cross‑functional teams to protect the business from fraud and financial crime.

Key responsibilities

• Examine customers' betting and payment histories, provide recommendations, and take appropriate actions.
• Analyze and monitor transactions to identify potential threats, vulnerabilities, and emerging fraud trends.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to implement risk control measures and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Investigate risk‑related incidents, prepare detailed reports, and suggest corrective actions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics or a related field.
• Deep understanding of global payment regulations, anti‑fraud methodologies, and compliance frameworks.
• Proven ability to analyse complex data, design mitigation strategies, and lead high‑velocity projects.
• Professional proficiency in English (written and spoken) and Russian.

• Advanced MS Excel (modeling and data analysis).
• PowerPoint for executive briefings.
• Payment provider back‑office systems.
