Senior Performance Marketing Specialist – iGaming

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Specialist to lead paid digital acquisition for our iGaming brands, focusing on mobile web and app channels in the India and Bangladesh markets. The role owns the full funnel from traffic generation to new customer acquisition, managing budgets exceeding $100K per month.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute performance marketing strategy aligned with growth objectives.
• Plan, launch and optimise campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, Instagram, Snapchat, Telegram Ads, Taboola, TrafficJunky and other DSPs.
• Own acquisition targets such as new player sign‑ups, first deposits and CAC within a $100K+ monthly budget.
• Build and manage end‑to‑end conversion flows, including ad‑to‑landing‑page‑to‑WhatsApp funnels.
• Develop and scale affiliate, influencer and creator marketing programmes.
• Design, host and maintain landing pages and associated servers.
• Set up and maintain UTM parameters and track performance metrics (CAC, ROAS, LTV, deposit conversion).
• Run A/B tests on creatives, landing pages and campaign structures.

Required profile

• 3‑4 years of performance marketing experience, preferably in iGaming, betting or real‑money gaming.
• Proven track record managing at least $100K monthly ad spend with strong ROAS.
• Direct experience acquiring players in India and/or Bangladesh.
• Hands‑on experience with Telegram Ads and other paid channels.
• Ability to work in a regulated, fast‑moving environment with frequent campaign changes.

• Google Tag Manager (GTM), UTM tracking, GA4, AppsFlyer (or similar MMP), Supermetrics.
• HTML/CSS, landing page creation, server hosting and management.
• Excel/Sheets, data analysis and marketing automation.
