Senior Product Designer - BNPL Merchant Experience

About the role

Tabby is looking for a Senior Product Designer to join its newly formed Merchant Experience team and design the merchant side of its core BNPL product. You will own merchant journeys in the Merchant Dashboard across web and mobile, covering transactions, settlements and invoices, in-store setup and integrations, and self-service tools. The role reports to Dmitry Kutin and is remote, open to candidates within four hours of Dubai time.

Key responsibilities

• Own merchant journeys in the Merchant Dashboard end to end, from early concept to polished execution.
• Upgrade core dashboard pages such as transactions, settlements and invoices, and design new self-service tools.
• Create clear, data-dense interfaces for complex financial and operational information.
• Design and iterate on merchant experiments and new features with the Product Manager, measuring results.
• Help reimagine the in-store experience with product and engineering.
• Work with UX researchers and writers, and partner with other B2B and B2C designers to keep the experience consistent and contribute to the design system.
• Use AI tools in daily work for prototyping, ideation and moving closer to code.
• Present and advocate for your work to cross-functional and senior stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven experience designing digital products, ideally B2B, fintech or complex data-rich tools.
• Strong product thinking: understanding business goals, product logic and user needs, and explaining the reasoning behind decisions.
• Ability to turn uncertainty into clarity and handle complex flows, states and edge cases.
• Strong communication skills with designers and executives, and autonomy in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English; experience in fintech, UX research, graphic design, GCC markets or RTL interfaces is a plus.

Required skills

• Excellent Figma skills, with a portfolio demonstrating strong craft.
• Comfortable designing for web dashboards and native mobile (iOS and Android).
• Strong AI proficiency: using AI tools on real projects to prototype and speed up work.
• Understanding of technical constraints and collaboration with engineering.
