Senior SAP DRC Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a Senior SAP DRC Consultant to work closely with the Product Owner, driving the end‑to‑end planning and execution of audit processes on our SAP platform.

Key responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and help shape the product roadmap.
• Configure and support SAP Audit Management from scratch, covering audit planning, scoping, execution, working papers, and findings tracking.
• Support tax audit planning and execution within the tool, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with audit teams, tax/compliance functions, and IT to gather requirements and validate solutions.
• Prepare functional documentation, user guides, and process flows.
• Assist in functional testing and UAT, coordinating defect resolution with technical teams.
• Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and status reporting as part of an agile delivery team.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend best practices for audit management.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on experience with SAP Audit Management, SAP FI, or SAP GRC.
• Proven ability to translate business needs into functional specifications.
• Experience supporting tax audit processes and understanding of compliance frameworks.
• Familiarity with agile delivery methodologies and sprint activities.
• Strong collaboration skills with cross‑functional stakeholders.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
