Senior SEO Manager – Real Estate Lead Generation

About the role

We are seeking a Senior SEO Manager to lead the search growth of iSpeedToLead, a marketplace that connects real‑estate professionals with motivated home‑seller leads. The role combines strategic keyword planning, technical SEO, and AI‑search optimization to drive high‑intent, non‑branded traffic.

Key responsibilities

• Build a prioritized keyword strategy for real‑estate lead generation, focusing on buyer‑intent terms.
• Conduct competitive and keyword‑gap analysis using Ahrefs, Semrush or similar tools.
• Own technical SEO fundamentals including title tags, meta descriptions, alt text, schema/structured data, canonical tags, crawlability and overall site health.
• Expand AEO/GEO initiatives to improve both classic SEO and AI‑search visibility.
• Shape content and page‑level strategy for high‑intent commercial pages, marketplace, landing pages and signup funnel.
• Write clear, dev‑ready tickets and collaborate with developers to ensure technical fixes are implemented.
• Create reporting that separates non‑branded keyword and traffic growth from branded and AI citation metrics for leadership.

Required profile

• Proven track record in technical SEO and end‑to‑end SEO program ownership.
• Experience developing keyword strategies for niche markets, preferably in real‑estate lead generation.
• Ability to translate data‑driven insights into actionable recommendations.
