Senior ServiceNow Business Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a Senior ServiceNow Business Analyst to join our innovative tech team. The role focuses on translating business needs into clear product requirements and guiding the delivery of ServiceNow solutions across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Define and clarify requirements by engaging with stakeholders and ensure scope is well‑defined across the program.
• Maintain accurate documentation for program and project management.
• Collaborate with software engineers, QA, product managers and other teams to deliver high‑quality features through the software lifecycle.
• Act as Scrum Master: manage schedules, identify risks, communicate updates, and oversee release milestones.
• Facilitate cross‑functional coordination, team communications and software development to achieve optimal program outcomes.
• Analyze business processes, identify improvement opportunities and develop comprehensive project plans.
• Perform data analysis to inform decision‑making and track key performance metrics.
• Lead meetings and workshops, confirm solutions meet business objectives and support implementation activities.
• Conduct post‑implementation reviews to evaluate project success and stay current with industry trends.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of ServiceNow implementation experience.
• At least 4 years of business analysis experience in emerging technologies or related fields.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or equivalent practical expertise.
• Proven track record as a Business Analyst in the tech industry.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
