Senior Solutions Engineer – Enterprise Compute

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Solutions Engineer to own the technical side of enterprise customer relationships for a fast‑growing GPU compute and cloud infrastructure provider. The role spans pre‑sales, onboarding, production support and ongoing account health, working remotely with customers worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Lead enterprise customer onboarding, managing access, networking, storage, server handover and first workloads through to production.
• Act as the primary technical point of contact, troubleshooting issues, coordinating with SRE or engineering when needed, and ensuring timely resolution.
• Support pre‑sales activities by conducting technical discovery, solution design, sizing, demos and proof‑of‑concepts.
• Design and run POCs with clear success criteria, helping customers transition from evaluation to production.
• Debug multi‑GPU inference workloads directly with customer engineering teams.
• Monitor account health, identify technical risks, communicate incidents and root‑cause analyses, and proactively address potential blockers.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Account Management, Product, SRE and Engineering to translate requirements into effective solutions.
• Improve onboarding and operational processes by identifying recurring technical problems.

Required profile

• 5+ years in a solutions engineering, solutions architect, technical account manager or similar customer‑facing technical role.
• Hands‑on experience with cloud, GPU or AI infrastructure and enterprise compute environments.
• Strong ability to troubleshoot complex infrastructure and AI workloads alongside customer engineers.
• Proven experience delivering technical demos, POCs and enterprise deployments.
• Excellent communication skills in English; French is a plus.
• Highly proactive, autonomous and ownership‑driven, comfortable operating in a fast‑moving environment.
