Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end‑to‑end recruitment for our fast‑growing IT, iGaming and Web3 teams. The role will drive innovative sourcing strategies, ensure a positive candidate experience and partner closely with hiring managers across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full‑cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and offer negotiation.
• Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent in IT, iGaming and Web3.
• Build and maintain pipelines of passive and active candidates for critical and hard‑to‑fill roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand needs, advise on market trends and compensation.
• Continuously improve recruitment processes, track metrics such as time‑to‑hire and quality‑of‑hire, and ensure compliance with employment laws and DEI best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field.
• At least 4 years of talent acquisition experience, preferably in tech, gaming or blockchain sectors.
• Proven ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously while delivering quality hires.
• Experience sourcing international talent and working with global hiring teams.
• Strong knowledge of employer branding, candidate engagement and competitive hiring landscapes.

Required skills

• Proficiency with applicant tracking system (ATS) platforms.
• Experience using recruitment analytics and data‑driven decision‑making tools.
