Service Project Manager – Lead Transformation Initiatives

About the role

The Service Project Manager will drive high‑impact transformation programmes that support services growth, operational excellence and superior customer experience. Reporting to senior leadership, you will translate enterprise strategy into actionable roadmaps and ensure successful delivery across multiple workstreams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead complex, cross‑functional transformation initiatives spanning Services, Engineering, Product Management, Sales, Marketing, IT and Operations.
• Develop integrated roadmaps, executable plans, measurable outcomes and value‑realisation metrics.
• Partner with executive sponsors and business owners to provide recommendations, decision support and performance visibility.
• Establish governance structures, decision‑making forums, escalation paths and executive‑level reporting.
• Own scope, investment, resources, schedules, dependencies, risks, issues and organisational impacts across multiple workstreams.
• Anticipate strategic and execution risks, evaluate trade‑offs and drive timely decisions.
• Build alignment among senior stakeholders with competing priorities in ambiguous, rapidly changing environments.
• Drive organisational readiness, stakeholder engagement, change management, communications and sustainable implementation.
• Ensure initiatives deliver measurable value and transition to business‑as‑usual operations with clear ownership and performance accountability.
