Social Media Marketing Specialist

About the role

FeedConstruct, an award‑winning global sports data and technology company, is looking for a Social Media Marketing Specialist to shape and execute its social media presence across multiple platforms. You will work closely with design, product, and marketing teams to deliver engaging content that supports brand awareness, employer branding, and product launches.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with marketing objectives and brand guidelines.
• Create, publish, and manage content on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), Telegram, and other relevant channels.
• Maintain a social media content calendar to ensure consistent and timely communication.
• Monitor community engagement, respond to comments and messages, and uphold the company’s brand voice.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to produce high‑quality campaigns and promotional materials.
• Track social media trends, platform updates, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
• Analyze performance using analytics tools, generate regular reports, and provide actionable insights.
• Support employer branding initiatives and assist with online events, campaigns, and product launches.
• Coordinate with external partners, influencers, and media as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of proven experience in social media management, preferably in technology, B2B, or sports data.
• Strong communication, presentation, and problem‑solving skills.
• Highly organized, able to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
• Collaborative team player with a proactive, self‑motivated attitude.
