Spanish Speaking Incoming Tour Manager

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Spanish‑speaking Incoming Tour Manager to join our team in Yerevan. You will be responsible for creating and delivering seamless travel experiences that showcase Armenia’s rich culture and history to international visitors.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and calculate detailed tour itineraries based on client and partner requirements.
• Create and develop itineraries for our international partners.
• Coordinate and communicate with local guides, drivers, hotels, and other suppliers to ensure smooth tour execution.
• Manage day‑to‑day email correspondence with partners and clients.
• Oversee tours on the ground, resolving any issues that arise during operation.
• Ensure high service standards and client satisfaction throughout the travel experience.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Tour Manager.
• Fluent Spanish (written and spoken); English is a plus.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication skills with international partners and local suppliers.
• Solid knowledge of Armenia’s tourist destinations, culture, and logistics.
• Ability to work independently and handle time‑sensitive situations calmly.
