Statistical Programmer – Junior to Senior

About the role

Gurus CRO is seeking Statistical Programmers at junior, mid and senior levels to support clinical trial deliverables using SAS and/or R. You will join a dedicated Biometrics team working on global studies across the US and EU.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and validate SAS and/or R programs for clinical trial outputs.
• Create and maintain analysis datasets, tables, listings, and figures (TLFs).
• Support CDISC implementation, including SDTM and ADaM standards.
• Perform validation and quality control of programming outputs.
• Review protocols, SAPs, annotated CRFs, and programming specifications.
• Collaborate closely with Biostatistics and Clinical Data Management teams.
• Maintain programming documentation and follow SOPs and regulatory requirements.
• Contribute to process improvements and programming standards.
• Deliver high‑quality outputs within project timelines.

Required profile

• Experience with SAS and/or R programming.
• Background in clinical research or a related field (preferred).
• Knowledge of CDISC standards, including SDTM and ADaM.
• Understanding of clinical trial data and statistical programming processes.
• Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving abilities.
• Effective teamwork and communication skills in English.
