Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

SoftConstruct is looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join its growing team. You will lead the hiring process for positions across iGaming, Web3, and related technology sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic hiring plans to attract top talent in iGaming, Web3, blockchain, and fintech.
• Utilize innovative sourcing techniques, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and networking events.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and ideal candidate profiles.
• Track recruitment metrics, analyze hiring trends, and optimize strategies based on data insights.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably within iGaming, Web3, blockchain, or fintech.
• Proven ability to manage multiple openings and prioritize effectively.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a data‑driven mindset.

Required skills

• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search techniques.
• Experience using AI‑powered recruitment tools.
• Hands‑on experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
• Ability to analyze recruitment data and generate actionable insights.
• Familiarity with remote and global hiring trends.
