Team Leader – Apple Products Distribution

About the role

The Team Leader will be the primary point of contact for Apple customers and partners in Armenia, leading the local sales and marketing team to ensure effective distribution of Apple products.

Key responsibilities

• Guarantee distribution of all Apple products from ASBIS Armenia.
• Develop and improve the distribution portfolio and propose initiatives to senior management.
• Define sales, pricing, and promotion strategies for assigned product groups.
• Organise local adaptation of distribution, range, and pricing approaches.
• Develop and implement promotional strategies, POSM placement, demonstrator teams, and joint promotions with customers.
• Identify new clients, build a solid pipeline, and maintain strong relationships.
• Collaborate with marketing, HR, customer service, finance, logistics and other internal teams.
• Monitor commercial performance metrics and report results to senior management.
• Manage the local team in Yerevan in partnership with HR and oversee day‑to‑day operations.
• Perform any other tasks related to the management role.

Required profile

• Master's or bachelor's degree.
• At least 5 years of successful sales experience with management responsibilities.
• Practical experience in the consumer field is a strong advantage.
• Proven knowledge of the Armenian market.
• Excellent customer orientation and networking skills.
• Proficiency in English (minimum intermediate level).
• Result‑oriented, stress‑tolerant, analytical, systematic, and capable of independent decision‑making.
