Technical Solutions Specialist

About the role

Tripathon Travel is an online reservation platform offering instant confirmation for hotels, tours and transfers, supported by a 24/7 multilingual customer service team. It is hiring a Technical Solutions Specialist to design, build and support the systems that run the business. The role sits in the Tech Support department of Tripathon Web Solutions and works with every department that needs a technical solution, from shaping the idea to implementation, or collaborating with developers on platform changes. The focus is technical: Microsoft 365 and Azure, automation, integrations, technical auditing, light scripting and internal platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Turn department requests into clear technical solutions, workflows and requirements
• Build and maintain automations and integrations between platforms, M365 and third-party tools
• Work with developers on specs, tickets, testing, release validation and post-release checks
• Support and troubleshoot supplier API and XML integrations, including search, prebook and booking flows
• Configure and support internal platforms, hosting environments and DevOps tooling
• Administer SharePoint, Exchange Online, Entra ID and Intune, managing users, access, devices, security policies and permissions
• Run regular audits of M365 configuration, security, access, platforms, integrations and API traffic, and close identified risks and gaps
• Perform QA on new features and changes, document systems and integrations, and provide second-line technical support to all branches and teams

Required profile

• 3+ years in a technical solutions, systems or IT role
• Hands-on experience with SharePoint, Entra ID, Intune and Exchange Online
• Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and work closely with developers
• Fluent English, written and spoken

Required skills

• Experience with automation and integration tools (Power Automate, APIs, webhooks)
• Solid understanding of REST/SOAP APIs, JSON and XML
• Basic scripting (PowerShell, Python or similar)
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills

Advantages: travel industry experience, hands-on travel API integrations, Linux/VPS/DNS/SSL hosting knowledge, DevOps tools (Git, CI/CD, monitoring), and Microsoft certifications such as MS-102, AZ-104 or PL-200.
