Technical Support Engineer – Level 3

About the role

Join Sumsub as a Level 3 Technical Support Engineer and help B2B clients resolve platform issues. You will work remotely, collaborating with engineers and product teams to deliver fast, reliable solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical support, configuration, and troubleshooting for the Sumsub platform.
• Analyze reported problems, devise resolution plans, and own escalated cases.
• Communicate with clients via chat, email, and calls, translating technical details into clear guidance.
• Collaborate with internal engineers and cross‑functional teams to create action plans.
• Develop custom solutions using simple scripting or coding.

Required profile

• Fluent English communication.
• Experience troubleshooting web applications and REST APIs.
• Basic understanding of programming fundamentals and data types.
• Hands‑on experience with SQL‑like databases.
• Ability to write simple scripts in any language.
• Familiarity with HTML and CSS.
• Strong commitment to delivering excellent support.
