Tour Manager – Vagharshapat (Echmiadzin)

About the role

Luna Tour is seeking a proactive Tour Manager to work from its office in Vagharshapat (Echmiadzin). You will act as the main point of contact for customers, understanding their travel preferences and guiding them through the booking process until the reservation is confirmed.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and analyse customer needs and travel preferences.
• Provide advice on tours, hotels, airline tickets and other tourism services.
• Prepare and present tailored travel proposals that match customer requirements.
• Clearly explain package terms, pricing and included services.
• Monitor the progress of bookings and orders.
• Maintain ongoing communication with customers and support the sales process.
• Record inquiries, bookings and client data in the appropriate systems.
• Ensure a high level of customer service throughout the interaction.

Required profile

• Mandatory experience in outbound tourism.
• Good knowledge of outbound tourism services, tour packages and booking procedures.
• Proficiency in Armenian, Russian and English (written and spoken).
• Clear, pleasant communication style.
• Strong sales and customer‑service abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple inquiries simultaneously.
• Organised, responsible and detail‑oriented.
• Comfortable using computer applications.
