Treasury KYC and Due Diligence Specialist

About the role

SoftConstruct is looking for a Treasury KYC and Due Diligence Specialist to drive end-to-end institutional onboarding and due diligence for its iGaming and fintech clients. The role works with global high-risk banks, payment service providers, acquiring banks and crypto-fiat settlement rails, and acts as the main point of contact for external bank compliance and risk units.

Key responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end institutional onboarding and due diligence with global high-risk banks, PSPs, acquiring banks and crypto-fiat settlement rails.
• Map and present the company's legal entities, UBO setups and holding structures to compliance underwriters.
• Support B2B onboarding partners, white-labels and third-party integrators needing payment gateway clearances.
• Align banking documentation with requirements from gambling jurisdictions such as MGA, UKGC, Curacao and CEG, and with financial intelligence units.
• Track and run routine re-KYC assessments, Source of Funds (SoF) verifications and periodic reviews to keep processing platforms running.
• Resolve complex underwriting inquiries and document deadlocks with external banks.
• Work with Group Compliance, Legal, Tax and regional offices to gather verified operational intelligence.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, International Business or a related field.
• 2+ years of direct experience in iGaming, FinTech or high-risk B2B merchant operations handling corporate KYC/AML pipelines.
• Fluency in English, written and spoken.
• Ability to work under the fast pace of the tech and gaming sectors and to explain technology businesses to risk-averse compliance teams.

Required skills

• Familiarity with how software providers and operators interact on financial infrastructure.
• Operational knowledge of the merchant acquiring lifecycle and alternative payment methods.
• Attention to detail when preparing legal packages, and ability to evaluate complex corporate documents, trust agreements and company registers.
