About the role

We are looking for a communicative and goal‑oriented Sales Specialist to join our expanding real‑estate team. The role involves guiding prospective buyers through our portfolio of apartments and supporting them until the transaction is finalized.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome clients and present the available apartment options.
• Answer phone calls and manage written correspondence.
• Provide detailed information on apartments, pricing, payment methods and mortgage programs.
• Organise and conduct apartment viewings.
• Maintain and develop client relationships through the entire sales process.

Required profile

• Higher education degree.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Clear and articulate speech.
• Excellent command of Armenian and Russian (English is a plus).
• Prior experience in sales, preferably in real‑estate.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office, especially Word and Excel.

What we offer

• Competitive salary starting from 200,000 AMD, adjustable based on experience and skills.
• Full‑time office schedule: Monday‑Friday 09:30‑18:30, Saturday 10:00‑14:00.
