About the role

The company is seeking a motivated Sales Specialist to drive the sale of its real‑estate portfolio. You will work closely with management and the marketing team to meet defined sales targets and expand into new market segments.

Key responsibilities

• Execute real‑estate sales in line with targets set by senior management.
• Identify and propose new market opportunities and target groups to boost sales performance.
• Analyze market trends, competitive strengths and weaknesses, and competitor activities.
• Assess customer requirements and understand reasons for purchase refusals.
• Prepare monthly reports for senior leadership covering active sales, completed deals, pending opportunities, and refusals.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on advertising campaign ideas and support event organization.
• Participate actively in company‑organized events and exhibitions.

Required profile

• Fluent oral and written communication in English.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in Armenian, both spoken and written.
• Strong sales abilities: uncovering client needs, presenting products effectively, negotiating, following up, taking initiative, and focusing on results.
• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, with a genuine enthusiasm for real‑estate.
