Academy Manager

About the role

Premier Academy is seeking a proactive, organized and results‑driven Academy Manager to lead the educational, operational and commercial growth of its learning division. The role combines program development, financial oversight and cross‑functional coordination to ensure high‑quality, profitable training services.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic, annual, quarterly and monthly plans for the Academy.
• Design course calendars, set participant targets and manage enrollment pipelines.
• Assess the effectiveness of existing programs and create new educational offerings.
• Oversee course preparation, delivery and post‑course analysis.
• Coordinate with trainers, international experts, participants and partners.
• Manage educational content, materials and quality‑control processes.
• Collaborate with Marketing to drive participant engagement.
• Monitor registrations, payments, budgeting, expenses, profitability and financial variances.
• Facilitate cross‑functional cooperation with Clinic, Sales, Technical Support, Finance, HR and other units.
• Identify risks, plan corrective actions and implement them.
• Prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly performance reports.

Required profile

• University degree in management, education, business, marketing, healthcare or a related field.
• Minimum three years of experience managing educational programs, projects, events or a business unit.
• Proven ability to organise multi‑stage processes and projects.
• Experience in financial planning and KPI management.
• Strong collaboration skills with partners, trainers and diverse teams.
• Analytical and systematic thinking.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in Armenian, English and Russian.
