Account Manager – AI Data Annotation Services

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Account Manager to join our fast‑growing AI data annotation team. You will act as the main liaison between diverse clients and our internal annotation squads, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients across multiple industries.
• Oversee annotation teams, monitor discipline, and maintain a strong corporate culture.
• Track key performance metrics, identify improvement opportunities, and drive automation.
• Mediate and resolve client and annotator issues promptly.
• Train and mentor annotation teams and supervisors.

Required profile

• Excellent English (C1 level) – spoken and written.
• 1‑2 years of experience in the data annotation industry, managing teams and client relationships.
• Strong communication, negotiation and conflict‑resolution abilities.
• Demonstrated leadership and the capacity to motivate remote teams.
• Mature, responsible attitude with an innovative, flexible mindset.
