Account Manager – AI Data Annotation Services

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Account Manager to join our AI data annotation team. You will act as the main liaison between diverse clients and our internal annotation teams, ensuring high‑quality delivery and strong client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients across multiple industries.
• Manage annotation teams, monitor discipline, and uphold corporate culture.
• Track key performance metrics and identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
• Mediate and resolve client and annotator concerns promptly.
• Train and develop annotation teams and supervisors.

Required profile

• Excellent English (C1 level) – spoken and written.
• 1‑2 years of experience in the data annotation industry, handling client relationships and team management.
• Strong ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, negotiation, and conflict‑resolution skills.
• Mature, responsible attitude with an innovative and flexible mindset.
