Automation QA Engineer – Live Gaming Platform

About the role

We are looking for an Automation QA Engineer to join Imagine Live, the live‑gaming division of the Digitain Group. You will help raise the quality of our iGaming platform by building and maintaining automated test suites for web applications and APIs.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with developers to create and automate test cases and scenarios.
• Maintain and extend existing test frameworks, and develop new testing tools when required.
• Write, execute and maintain automation scripts for new features and regression cycles.
• Translate functional and design specifications into effective test scenarios across unit, integration, and end‑to‑end layers.
• Identify testing gaps, propose improvements, and ensure adherence to best‑practice testing standards.
• Perform manual testing for complex cases or exploratory verification.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in software quality assurance, primarily on web applications.
• At least 2 years of hands‑on test‑automation experience, preferably with Playwright or Cypress.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript; C# knowledge is a plus.
• Proven ability to design, implement and maintain end‑to‑end, integration and API tests.
• Experience with API testing tools such as Postman or other REST clients.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions) and version‑control workflows (Git).
• Excellent communication, detail‑orientation and a proactive ownership mindset.
