Commercial Manager – Armenia

About the role

As the senior leader of Glovo Armenia’s Commercial team, you will drive growth of the core restaurant business, shape commercial strategy and build high‑performing partnerships across the market.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the commercial strategy for Glovo Armenia, covering sales, account management, strategic partnerships and monetisation.
• Identify, acquire and onboard top restaurant brands, close selection gaps and continuously expand the partner portfolio.
• Build strong relationships with existing partners, driving revenue through ads, promotions, commercial activations and improved terms.
• Lead complex negotiations with Armenia’s largest partners, balancing growth, partner needs and profitability.
• Analyse business and financial data to uncover growth opportunities and ensure KPI delivery.
• Develop, coach and empower a high‑performing commercial team, fostering ownership and accountability.

Required profile

• 5+ years of commercial, sales, key‑account or business‑development experience, preferably with team‑leadership responsibilities.
• Proven track record of leading complex commercial negotiations and influencing senior C‑level stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of the Armenian market and business environment.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to translate partner economics into win‑win strategies.
• Fluent in English and Armenian.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
• Proficiency with presentation tools to create compelling business decks.
