Construction Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager with an architectural background to lead our construction projects in Armenia. Reporting to the Program Manager, you will oversee on‑site activities, coordinate all stakeholders and ensure that designs are executed according to approved intent, schedule, budget and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Keep architectural drawings and specifications aligned with on‑site work and approved design intent.
• Review and amend drawings for buildability, resolve conflicts between architectural, structural and engineering documents.
• Manage day‑to‑day construction delivery, monitor progress, costs and contractor performance.
• Lead permitting, inspections and obtain completion/occupancy permits from Armenian authorities.
• Coordinate contractors, engineers, consultants, suppliers and relevant authorities throughout the project.

Required profile

• Professional degree in Architecture; registration or licensing in Armenia is a plus.
• 5+ years of experience as a Construction Project Manager or senior construction role, preferably on large‑scale projects.
• Proven practical experience with Armenian construction regulations, permitting and commissioning procedures.
• Fluency in Armenian and English and willingness to travel regularly to project sites.

Required skills

• Proficiency with architectural design and documentation software such as AutoCAD, Revit or SketchUp.
• Strong organizational, communication, negotiation and stakeholder‑management abilities.
