Content Growth Manager

About the role

TripleTen, an EdTech leader delivering tech‑career programs across the US and Latin America, is looking for a hands‑on Content Growth Manager. You will own the end‑to‑end creation, distribution, and performance tracking of high‑impact content assets that drive learner conversion and paid enrollments.

Key responsibilities

• Ship three complete growth projects each month, from concept to launch, focused on user conversion.
• Design and prototype interactive tools (calculators, skill reports, pre‑payment checks) using AI platforms such as Claude.
• Source, hire, and manage freelancers, video editors, and contractors within allocated budgets.
• Deploy and promote assets across the website, email campaigns, social media, and sales collateral.
• Build and maintain attribution and touchpoint analytics to measure engagement, audience growth, and funnel drop‑offs.

Required profile

• Proven track record with a portfolio of end‑to‑end projects you have personally built and shipped.
• Deep understanding of US adult learners (35‑55) and the content that delivers real value to them.
• Fluency with AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT) to create interactive experiences without developer support.
• Resourceful execution: experience negotiating budgets and coordinating external talent.
• Strong written and spoken English (B2+), tailored to a US market.
