Contracts Operation Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Contracts Operation Specialist to join our fast‑growing Business and Financial Analysis Department. The role focuses on managing the end‑to‑end contract signing workflow, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and secure document handling.

Key responsibilities

• Design, maintain, and optimise Jira workflows that support the contract signing process.
• Review and approve Jira tickets related to contracts, confirming accuracy and policy compliance.
• Monitor contract signing progress, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions.
• Control access to contract documents, granting and revoking permissions as needed to protect confidentiality.
• Conduct training sessions for employees on Jira tools and document workflows.
• Oversee digital and physical archiving of finalized contracts in line with legal and company standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in a similar contract operations role.
• Advanced proficiency in Armenian, Russian, and English.
• Strong attention to detail, ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical thinking, problem‑solving ability, and solid time‑management.
