Corporate Lawyer

About the role

Wise LLC is seeking a Corporate Lawyer to provide comprehensive legal support across corporate, commercial, and civil matters. The role is open to candidates at junior, mid, or senior levels who are ready to contribute to a dynamic legal team.

Key responsibilities

• Provide legal counsel on corporate governance, contractual relationships, labor law, intellectual property, tax, migration, and administrative issues.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements with precision.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Prepare and maintain corporate documentation, including founding documents, charters, amendments, and board/shareholder resolutions.
• Conduct legal due diligence and deliver risk assessments.

Required profile

• University degree in law (Master’s degree is a plus).
• At least one year of professional legal experience.
• Fluency in Armenian and English (written and spoken); French or Russian knowledge is advantageous.
• Strong analytical, research, and communication abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
