Corporate Lawyer

About the role

Rivogaming is building a next-generation iGaming B2B/B2C SaaS platform and is moving into the execution phase of a large-scale product development initiative. It is looking for a Corporate Lawyer to take ownership of the company's corporate and contractual legal framework. The position is full-time and on-site in Yerevan, Armenia.

Key responsibilities

• Provide legal counsel and support on corporate law matters
• Draft, review and negotiate contracts and agreements
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Prepare and maintain corporate documentation for commercial and non-commercial entities
• Work with international partners and organizations

Required profile

• Completed university degree in law; a Master's degree is an advantage
• 3+ years of relevant corporate legal experience, including work with international organizations
• Fluent Armenian and English

Required skills

• Strong understanding of civil and corporate law, including corporate governance, contractual relationships, labour law, intellectual property, tax, migration and administrative matters
• Ability to draft and review contracts accurately and clearly
• Experience preparing founding documents, charters, amendments and board and shareholder resolutions
• Analytical, legal research and communication skills with close attention to detail
