About the role

SoftConstruct is looking for an enthusiastic recent graduate to join its CRM team as an Operational Coordinator. This entry‑level position offers hands‑on experience with customer relationship management tools, AI‑driven segmentation, and multi‑channel communication.

Key responsibilities

• Handle day‑to‑day operational tasks within the CRM platform to keep team workflows running smoothly.
• Use AI‑powered segmentation tools to create personalized promotions for targeted customer groups.
• Assist in leveraging AI tools to streamline copywriting and automate routine CRM operations.
• Test promotional materials and campaign workflows to ensure functionality and a seamless user experience.
• Navigate and manage communication channels such as SMS, internal messaging, pop‑ups, and email.
• Gather data, analyse performance metrics, and compile regular reports.
• Monitor incoming support tickets related to CRM operations and route them appropriately.
• Help prepare training materials, demo calls, and onboarding sessions for the CRM system.

Required profile

• Recent graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Communications, or a related field.
• Upper‑intermediate English proficiency; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong desire to learn, adapt, and grow in a fast‑paced environment.
• High attention to detail, solid teamwork, and good time‑management skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
