Customer Service Representative

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our remote team, providing support to US‑based clients across a range of technologies. The role is entry‑level, fully work‑from‑home, and open to candidates located in Armenia.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email and phone, delivering quick and effective resolutions.
• Assist customers throughout onboarding, education and ongoing support.
• Handle technical and billing‑related questions, guiding users through Linux, Windows Server, Cloud and SaaS environments.
• Act as a customer advocate by communicating recurring issues and feedback to internal teams.
• Contribute to increasing customer satisfaction and loyalty through a personal, high‑quality service experience.

Required profile

• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Strong interest in building a career in the IT field.
• Solution‑oriented mindset with a willingness to learn quickly.
• Ability to work scheduled shifts (morning, afternoon or night) on a quarterly basis.
