Customer Success Manager

About the role

Social Discovery Group is seeking a Customer Success Manager to support its global user base across multiple social entertainment platforms. You will act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring their questions are answered promptly and their experience remains positive.

Key responsibilities

• Consult customers on inquiries related to the company’s websites and services.
• Handle requests quickly and efficiently, aiming for high satisfaction and retention.
• Resolve issues to maintain a high level of service quality.
• Identify opportunities to promote the platforms to existing users.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and outcomes.

Required profile

• Fluent in English; additional languages (Japanese, Spanish, Chinese) are a plus.
• Experience working with international customers.
• Fast typing skills in English.
• Ability to quickly learn and absorb large volumes of information.
• Strong emotional intelligence and ability to navigate difficult situations.
• Proactive, stress‑resistant attitude with a “can‑do” mindset.
