About the role
The client, a global financial services organization, seeks a detail‑oriented Customer Success Specialist to manage Workforce Management and Help Centre content. The role ensures customer‑facing teams are properly resourced, efficient, and equipped with accurate information.
Key responsibilities
- Own Workforce Management processes: forecasting demand, capacity planning, scheduling, real‑time monitoring, and reporting.
- Maintain and optimise Help Centre content: creation, editing, publishing, performance monitoring, and governance.
- Support Sales Enablement initiatives on an ad‑hoc basis, including Creatio support and assignment logic optimisation.
Required profile
- 3‑5 years of experience in Customer Success Operations, Support Operations, or Workforce Management.
- Strong analytical mindset with proven use of data for operational decisions.
- Excellent written communication and high attention to detail.
Required skills
- Workforce Management (forecasting, capacity planning).
- Excel.
- BI tools or dashboard creation.
