Delivery Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Delivery Manager to oversee the delivery of multiple products and strategic initiatives across a complex software environment. This role is responsible for portfolio alignment, delivery governance, strategic planning, stakeholder management, and ensuring successful execution against business priorities, OKRs, and long‑term value objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Define and manage portfolio governance, visibility, and delivery frameworks to ensure alignment with company strategy, OKRs, and business objectives.
• Translate executive priorities into delivery roadmaps, driving strategic planning, prioritization, investment trade‑offs, and value delivery across multiple products and teams.
• Oversee end‑to‑end delivery of multiple products and strategic initiatives, ensuring consistent execution, cross‑product alignment, and predictable outcomes.
• Identify and manage cross‑product dependencies, delivery risks, resource constraints, capacity planning needs, and bottlenecks, escalating critical issues to leadership when required.
• Act as the primary bridge between Engineering, Product, QA, Operations, Compliance, and executive stakeholders, providing clear communication on progress, risks, and performance.
• Define, track, and report portfolio‑level KPIs while driving continuous improvement of governance models, reporting standards, Agile practices, and organizational maturity.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in Delivery Management, Program Management, Portfolio Delivery, or Engineering Management within a software development environment.
• Proven experience overseeing multiple products or programs with responsibility for portfolio‑level planning, governance, prioritization, and delivery alignment.
• Demonstrated success managing large‑scale delivery organizations supporting 50–100+ FTEs while balancing resources, capacity, and business priorities.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile methodologies, delivery governance, dependency management, resource planning, risk management, and performance reporting.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience partnering with senior leadership and influencing cross‑functional teams.
